If the contract is silent and the announcements continue, the gap between narrative and data will widen. That gap is where risk compounds.
The ledger never lies, it only waits to be read. But someone has to open the books. In the meantime, the disciplined position is to hold the 9.5% as an unverified claim, to respect the holder increase as a directional signal, and to remember that in the market for trust, every token is a promise.
